Orders & Payments

Simply browse our store, add your favourite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We use PayFast as our secure payment gateway — you can pay by card, Instant EFT, SnapScan, and more. Your order is confirmed instantly and you'll receive a confirmation email right away.

We accept payments via PayFast — South Africa's leading payment gateway. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and Mobicred. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption so your payment details are always safe.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Please email us immediately at support@glowveralife.shop with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Absolutely. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption and we partner with trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 7–14 business days. We work with reliable couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R999. Orders below R999 are subject to a flat shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel in real time. You can also log into your Glowvera account and view your order status under "My Orders".

Currently we only ship within South Africa. We are working on expanding to other African countries soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty tools cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Email us at support@glowveralife.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We're so sorry if this happened! Please email us at support@glowveralife.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Most of our beauty tools and skincare products are designed to be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Each product page includes a detailed description of skin type suitability. If you have a specific skin condition or concern, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use.

Yes! We carefully curate every product in our range and only stock tools and skincare that have been dermatologist-researched for safety and effectiveness. Look out for the "Derm Approved" badge on individual product pages.

Always cleanse your face first and apply a face oil or serum to help the tool glide smoothly. Use upward and outward strokes, starting from the neck and working up towards the forehead. Use gentle pressure — these tools work with light, consistent strokes. We recommend using 3–5 times per week for best results.

Clean your tools after every use with a gentle soap and warm water, or a specialist tool cleaner. Pat dry with a soft cloth. For electric devices, wipe down with a slightly damp cloth — never submerge in water unless specified as waterproof on the product page.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save your address details for faster checkout, view your order history, and access exclusive member-only promotions.

Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout. You'll see a "Discount Code" field — enter your code there and click "Apply". The discount will be deducted from your order total automatically. Only one discount code can be used per order.
